Fady F Kabalaoui PMP

Message From Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Fady F Kabalaoui PMP, a graduate of BSCE from the University of Texas at Austin in 1980, has dedicated his 43-year career to continuously enhancing his knowledge, capabilities, abilities, and management skills. He has pursued extensive knowledge attainment by actively participating in various technical certifications within the construction and Project Management industry (refer to his detailed certifications listed in his personal resume).

Throughout his career, Mr. Fady Kabalaoui has been involved in managing and acting as a project stakeholder in mega projects worldwide. His journey began in Kuwait from 1980 to 1984, followed by his role as a team member of The Hunt Building Company, a leading LSTK housing construction company headquartered in El Paso, TX, from 1985 to 1991. During this time, he successfully managed the construction of entire communities within prestigious military installations such as Camp Pendleton in San Diego, CA, Fort Ord in the Monterey Peninsula, and Alameda Naval Station in San Francisco, CA.

Subsequently, Mr. Kabalaoui joined The Nova Group, another prominent leader in LSTK military industrial construction based in Napa Valley. He was involved in multiple contracts, including managing the construction of infrastructure for the future new wharf for trident nuclear submarines in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. He also oversaw the construction of the wharf itself and subsequently managed the LSTK construction of the maintenance facility for the trident nuclear submarines.

From 1995 to 2006, Mr. Fady Kabalaoui partnered with the International Center for Construction (ICC) to establish and manage their new branch in the Eastern Province. Under his leadership, this branch became one of the most sought-after construction firms in the region, working with prestigious clients such as Saudi Aramco, Saudi SABIC, SEC, SWCC, and prominent private sector clients. After selling the company to D&S, Mr. Kabalaoui went on to found Saaria Construction Company WLL, which is now solely owned by him and managed as a 100% foreign investment firm and a Single Person Company WLL in Saudi Arabia. Currently managing one of the largest and most prestigious projects in KSA, Jabal Omar PHII ( Jumeriah) 1033 keys, 96 furnished apartments, with all associated FOH amenities, and 100,000 SM of commercial / retail.

Health & Safety

Environmental Health and Safety is an integral part of risk management at Saaria. In keeping with our general safety policy we have issued a separate health, safety and environmental policy. The company requires all of its employees to conduct all task and activities in complete conformance with the international & local health and safety standards and regulations resulting in protecting themselves and of all other who may be affected by their actions. In addition, we insure to educate our employees and make them aware of all the safety and environmental issues and standards so as to conduct themselves in such a way as to adopt prevention measures where applicable, while enhance the quality of our environment.

By strictly implementing our plan policy and manuals we aim to continuously enhance our established reputation as a responsible contractor in the fields of health and safety of our employee, our clients and practice green procedure to participate in the protection of the environment. Our health and safety plan along with the loss preventive program is ready for submittal at any time requested and the same will be tailored to each project depending on its nature and specific standards and requirements.
